One fixture, one capacity, a price per category
Each fixture has its own capacity and prices: adult, member, child, stand. You open sales when you decide, they close at kick-off, and the counter stops by itself once the ground is full — nobody sells the one seat too many.
Door checks on your volunteers' own phones
One QR per ticket, read with an ordinary phone's camera: nothing to buy, nothing to install. Several volunteers scan at once at different gates, and a ticket already used is refused on the spot.

What about supporters who pay at the gate?
Nothing forces you to sell everything online. Plenty of clubs keep a gate till for the regulars and save online ticketing for the fixtures that fill the ground.
Does a supporter need an account to buy?
No. They pick their seats, pay by Bancontact, Payconiq or card, and receive their tickets by email. No account to create, no password to remember.
